Pre-applications are now open from January 9 to March 3, 2023.
Passaic County Habitat is now accepting pre-applications to purchase two-family homes located at 65 N 5th Street & 5 Garfield Avenue, Paterson. Each unit in the two-family home features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The homes have open floor plans and one-car garages.
Information sessions and open houses will be held in January and in February.
How to apply
Pre-applications will be accepted from January 9 until March 3 at 3:00 pm. Only complete pre-applications will be processed. If we have more pre-applicants who qualify than homes available, pre-applicants will be selected through a random selection process.
