Eligibility Requirements:

The applicant(s)* must make a total minimum annual income of at least $51,500.

The maximum household annual income for a 2-person household must not exceed $78,250
-
The maximum household annual income for a 3-person household must not exceed $88,050.

Your household annual income is the total income from all sources (before taxes) of all employed household members living with you.

The applicant(s)* must be U.S. citizens or legal residents.
-
The applicant(s)* credit score(s) must be 620 or higher.
-
The applicant(s)* must have been employed for at least 2 years.
-
The applicant(s)* must have a stable source of income that they do not expect to end within the next 3 years.

The applicant(s)* cannot have owned a home for at least 3 years or be in bankruptcy.
-
The applicant(s)* cannot have been foreclosed upon in the past 7 years.

The applicant(s)* must occupy the home as their primary residence.

The applicant(s)* must not have any unpaid non-medical collections or if I/we have any medical collections, they are on a payment plan and current.

The applicant(s)* must not have any recent credit card debit or bills in collections, which includes judgments and liens. If they do have any accounts in collections, they are less than $1,000 and are on a payment plan.

The applicant(s)* do not have more than $40,000 in financial assets.

The applicant(s)* can cover or save an estimate of $8,000 for down payment and closing costs.​

Maximum Income Guidelines:

Minimum Income for Applicant(s): The applicant and co-applicant (if applicable) must make a minimum gross income (before taxes) of $51,500.

Maximum Income for Household: Your household size includes anyone who will be living with you in your home. The income of all household members 18 years old and older (before taxes) must be counted towards the maximum income for household.

Fill out the application in full and gather all the supporting documents requested (see list in the application packet).

Submit your complete application and all supporting documents by: email, mail, or drop-off.
