Grants Manager

Full-time Position

Reporting to the Director of Development, the Grants Manager will be responsible for all grants related activity, including but not limited to securing government, corporate, and foundation grants, insuring grant compliance is met, preparing grant drawdowns, and filing required reports.  The Grants Manager will collaborate with the rest of the Development department to increase grant revenue for the organization

Construction Director

Full-time Position

The Construction Director, acting as the organizations in house general contractor, is responsible for creating and managing a master construction schedule which maximizes the use of staff, affiliate assets, and volunteers to build, repair, and maintain homes of high quality and affordability.  The Construction Director oversees PCHFH’s in house new construction, rehabs, property management, critical home repair, and warranty programs.

Construction Project Coordinator

Full-time Position

Passaic County Habitat for Humanity (PcHFH) builds energy efficient, healthy, affordable homes and is seeking a full-time hands-on Construction Project Coordinator for related office work. This individual would be responsible for overseeing the Construction department electronic and paper files, and would collaborate with the Construction Project Manager on building permits and project inspections. A successful Construction Project Coordinator would advance and ensure homes are delivered on schedule and on budget, while ensuring compliance with local and state building codes, grant obligations, and Passaic County Habitat for Humanity's mission, values, policies, and procedures.
