Executive Assistant/
Board Recording Secretary 

Full-Time Position

Passaic County Habitat for Humanity is seeking an Executive Assistant/Board Recording Secretary to support the Chief Executive Officer, Leadership Team, and Board of Directors. The Assistant will perform a wide range of tasks to support the CEO in fulfilling organization and program goals. The Assistant will be a critical part of the Passaic County Habitat for Humanity team supporting the CEO, Leadership Team, and Board in specific activities and serving as a resource to the organization staff in supporting program implementation.​

Receptionist

Community Development 
Program Coodinator

Full-Time Position - Grant Funded

(12 month term)

Passaic County Habitat for Humanity is seeking a Community Development Program Coordinator to support the implementation and coordination of initiatives that advance Passaic County Habitat for Humanity’s mission to strengthen neighborhoods and expand access to affordable housing across Passaic County.

Reporting to the Director of Community Development and working closely with department staff and communitypartners, the Community Development Program Coordinator will support the implementation and coordination of initiatives that advance Passaic County Habitat for Humanity’s mission, including the Advancing Black Homeownership and Critical Repair Program. The coordinator will play a key role in managing the Critical Repair Program activities, tracking data, and supporting community engagement efforts focused on aging in place, tenant rights, and long-term homeownership outcomes.
