City of Passaic Community Organizer

Full-time Position

Reporting to the Community Development Manager, and in partnership with other department and organization staff, the Neighborhood Revitalization Specialist provides the leadership and management necessary to ensure the affiliate’s community development goals are met including, but not limited to, the execution of the Eastside Passaic
neighborhood revitalization plan, specifically its affordable housing, business development and civic engagement goals. The Neighborhood Revitalization Specialist must be committed to supporting cultural diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and among the communities we serve.

Staff Accountant 

Full-time Position

An integral support and growth role, the Staff Accountant processes A/P, A/R, payroll, and other day-to-day functional accounting requirements. Reporting to the Senior Accountant, the Staff Accountant supports Passaic County Habitat for Humanity’s fiscal operations. Responsibilities will evolve based upon capabilities, and drive for continuous improvements, efficiency, and accuracy.

Construction Director

Full-time Position

The Construction Director, acting as the organizations in house general contractor, is responsible for creating and managing a master construction schedule which maximizes the use of staff, affiliate assets, and volunteers to build, repair, and maintain homes of high quality and affordability.  The Construction Director oversees PCHFH’s in house new construction, rehabs, property management, critical home repair, and warranty programs.

Director of Property Acquisition & Development

Full-time Position

The Director of Property Acquisition & Development works closely with the CEO, and as part of the senior leadership team, to lead and implement Passaic County Habitat for Humanity’s (PCHFH) strategic goals, objectives, and priorities by developing a pipeline of affordable homeownership and rental developments. The Director of Property Acquisition & Development will play an important role in developing and implementing our vision to expand our development activities across Passaic County.
